Flour - about 1 lb
Mix in sesame seeds - about 1-2 table spoonfuls
1 teaspoon salt
Mix the above together dry
1 cup warm water, add 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1/4 in slice butter,
stir untill butter is dissolved.
Add 2 teaspoonful dry yeast, stir, and let sit for 15
minutes till yeast starts growing.
Add this gradually while kneading to flour and knead until you get
a fairly solid clump (if you eed to add more water do so a bit at
a time, while kneading.
Let sit for 1.5 hours to rise, then punch down, flatten it to 1/2
inch thick, cut up and fry in oil.
